Carnitine???

So in my post for my morning workout I wrote that I took my Claritine….and some of you on our FB page asked me what that is, and why I am taking it..so I decided to write a blog about it, give you all a bit more information regarding Carnitine!





If you want to enhance your performance, then this is the reason why you should be taking carnitine, in order to load your muscles and lose fat quickly.

It is a very popular fat burner, it goes way back to 1980s. It is stronger today than it was back then but still gives you the same effect, losing weight and feeds your muscles, plus it has the potential to enhance exercise performance as well as recovery.




Okay, so let’s break it down…What is L-Carnitine?

It is categoriezed as an amino acid, but technically L-carnitine is not an amino. It is considered like a vitamin and amino-acid-like, compound that is closely related to the B vitamins. Back in the day it was refered to as vitamin BT, but just a quick fact L-carnitine is acutally produces in the liver and kidneys from the amino acids lysine and methionine, therefore do not be alarmed to take it, because your body actually makes it!

It is also stored in the body, primarily in the muscle, including your heart, the brain, and even sperm. When you’re focusing on the main diet, you can find it in meat and other animal products, but in plants, you may find it in avocado and soybeans, but if you really want to get more out of it, stick with the meat, it is redder and better.




Therefore, if you need to burn more fat and at the same time feed your muscles, take carnitine, and work out 🙂
