Avoid “white” carbohydrates
Avoid any carbohydrate that is or may be white. So following foods are forbidden: bread, rice, cereals, potatoes, pasta, fried foods and animal feed.
Eat the same few meals over and over again…
The most successful in this effective diet is to eat the same few meals over and over.
They are divided into 3 groups:
protein: egg whites and one whole egg for flavor chicken breast or leg beef pork
legumes: lens black beans pinto beans
vegetables: spinach asparagus peas mixed vegetables
Eat as much as you want of the above nutrients, 4 times a day
10:00 – breakfast
13:00 – noon
17:00 – smaller second lunch
7: 30-21: 00 – sports training
22:00 – dinner
Do not miss the sports activity.
The most important thing is to choose how to practice, to make it enjoyable.
Always comply with a certain time, it is best after work. This exercise is an essential part of successful weight reduction.
